- Curator assistance hanging the exhibition.
- A feature article on the Framers Gallery website
- The exhibitor is welcome to hang up to two pieces of work in the two months prior
to Exhibition opening dates, as well as place invitations and flyers in the gallery.
On request at an extra cost The Framers Gallery can provide:
- Catering and staff for the Opening Night
- Printing of invitations, catalogues and price lists.
- Art Almanac advertisement

The Exhibitor is responsible for:
- Catering, both finger food and beverages on Exhibition Opening Night
- Covering opening night costs, such as catering staff and Gallery staff
- Covering advertising costs, flyers, invitations, Art Almanac advertisement, mailing,
catalogues
- Bump out of exhibition and leaving Gallery space neat and tidy.
The Exhibitor acknowledges that a small permanent collection will also be hanging
in the front of the gallery concurrently.
